And welcome to the OKR Accelerator Programme!
This programme will help you get the most from Objectives & Key Results.
It combines online learning, live training, and hands-on facilitation to help you master the four key disciplines of setting, aligning, checking and closing your OKRs over the course of an 8-week OKR cycle.
You will soon receive a link providing 90 days access to my online course which you are welcome to watch at your leisure in the days leading up to the programme. It’s not required but will provide a useful head start to the workshops.
The programme includes the following calls & workshops:
The first three are spaced about a week apart. Check-in calls are held weekly after the first three workshops and before the last one. The final workshop is held at the end of the programme (around week eight).
Please use this link to check my availability and book your sessions.
Be sure to specify the duration of the session: 1hr for design call, 2hrs for training & workshop sessions, etc. If you don’t see a time that works for your teams, feel free to email me directly some times and I’ll try to move things around for you.
In the “Additional notes” field of the booking form, please specify which workshop or session you are booking.
You will receive an invite which you can share with others or add them directly to the event. You can also copy the Zoom link and paste this into your own invite.
Feel free to copy the session descriptions here to let participants know what to expect from each session.
No formal preparation is required but teams can do some initial brainstorming on goals, continue iterating their OKRs between sessions 1-2, leave additional comments on their peers’ OKRs between sessions 2-3, and get ready to close their OKRs before the final session.
Feel free to contact me directly with any questions.
I can’t wait to share OKRs with you!
Best wishes,
Peter
