Welcome and thank you for becoming a client of my boutique consultancy, PNK Industries!

I work with a handful of carefully selected clients every year to provide cutting edge, high-touch, high-impact OKR training, facilitation and consulting. I look forward to working with you!

Here’s what to expect as we get started with either the Jumpstart or Accelerator programmes.

Getting Started

  1. See my standard terms. I’ll add a quick Schedule and create an agreement based on these for us to sign.
  2. Let me know what vendor onboarding requirements you have
  3. I’ll send over an initial invoice for 50% of the agreed fee
  4. Select your date(s)
  5. Arrange your “Design call” to go over your unique context and make any necessary customisations to the programme
  6. We’ll decide who’s going to participate in the workshops
  7. I’ll share a link to the online OKR Course

Delivery

  1. We’ll do our workshops (ask me for a detailed agenda if you’d like one)
  2. We’ll have our weekly follow-ups
  3. We’ll complete our final workshop together

After the work

  1. I’ll send my final invoice
  2. I’ll ask for feedback and maybe a quote for my testimonials page!
